A panel discussion on the “Prospects for the Greek Economy and the Role of Social Security”The 10th event of the Dialog for Development series entitled “Prospects for the Greek Economy and the Role of Social Security” will take place on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018, at 18:00, at the Hellenic American Union Theater, 22 Massalias Street, Athens, 2nd floor.

The event is organized by the Hellenic American College / Hellenic American University and the Hellenic American Union, in cooperation with the Greek Section of the Association of European Journalists.

2018 is a decisive year for Greece’s economy. The country will complete its obligations under the 3rd bailout program and is trying to generate higher economic growth. However, in order to achieve this, issues such as social security and pensions need to be solved. Panel speakers will analyze the various aspects of the problem in an effort to propose viable solutions to the social security system in order to promote economic development and social cohesion.
